Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop e-mail management solution, which will give you absolute command over your electronic mail accounts and mailing lists. With this easy-to-navigate graphical user interface, you can set up a brand new email mailbox account in an instant and manage its settings easily. Additionally, you can forward mail messages from one e-mail account to another, set up e-mail filters, set up autoresponder messages and protect your e-mailboxes against junk e-mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can defend all your mailbox accounts against spam mails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unrequested electronic mail messages will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your mails will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether an email message flagged as spam should be erased or redirected to a given email box.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are excellent for filtrating your incoming mail messages on the basis of specific rules defined by you. Creating email filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your e-mail filter will be created and will go into effect instantaneously. You can easily set up an email filter for any of your email box accounts and modify the filtering criteria as per your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming electronic mail messages from one email mailbox to another, or even to a number of other mail accounts. Just select the mail account you wish to forward messages from, then choose the destination e-mailbox and select if you would like to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can easily set up the e-mail client of your preference to access your email accounts. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mailbox account you want to set up on your PC or cell phone and click on the mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new email mailbox account will be set up in a minute.

The Email Manager graphical user interface will also enable you to easily set up an auto-reply message - specify the message you want people to read and our system will take care of the rest.
